The descriptions of the Products and Services offered on the Website are based on information and documentation provided by Alkimia’s manufacturers and suppliers.
Prices
The price of each service is duly indicated on the information page for each service, as well as its corresponding description.
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through our website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The applicable rate will be the legally established rate in force at the time of purchase. All prices are shown in euros (€) and should be considered the final price payable by the customer. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, any changes will not affect services for which Alkimia has already sent service confirmation.
Accepted payment methods
Payment for the purchased product can be made:
By credit or debit card (issued by an entity based in Spain). The following cards are accepted: VISA / Mastercard / Eurocard.
The order amount will be charged to your card, so you will need to provide the card number, expiry date, and the CW2 security code (located on the front). If your card is protected, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.
This data will not be stored or processed by us, but will be registered directly with the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. For added security, we will use a Secure Electronic Commerce authentication service, a system established by Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard, through which the user authenticates with their issuing bank and the merchant authenticates with their acquiring bank.
To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of transactions, these are carried out through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit security keys.
The charge will be processed in real time through this payment gateway. If the charge cannot be completed (for any reason), the order will be automatically cancelled.
Purchase/contracting process
You can browse the website until you find the desired service. Once located, clicking on it will give you access to all the detailed information the website offers. From there, you can add the item to your cart.
If this is your first time ordering from us, you will be asked to register by entering your email address and a password, which will allow you to create and access your account.
If you are a registered user with an active account, you will need to enter your email and password and the system will recognize your information.
Language
For informational and contractual purposes, the chosen language of communication will be Spanish. Conflict resolution
This contract shall be governed by Spanish law. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Seville for the resolution of any dispute, conflict, or claim arising from this contract, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Modification of the terms of sale
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies and our terms and conditions, including these Terms of Sale, at any time.
You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Terms of Sale in effect at the time you place your order, unless, by law or by requirement of public authorities, a change is made to these terms and conditions, policies or Terms of Sale (in which case, these changes could apply to any order you have previously placed).
If any of these conditions is declared invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, this condition will be deemed excluded without this declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Partial nullity
In the event that any clause of these Terms of Sale is declared null and void, the remaining clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these Terms of Sale.
The failure of Alkimia to exercise any right arising from these Terms of Sale shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right, unless expressly waived in writing by Alkimia or the statute of limitations for the action in each case has expired.
