For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At Alkimia, your data is processed for the following purposes, depending on the reason you provided it to us:
- To manage data provided directly by the interested party in order to inform them about our products and services, respond to their request, petition or inquiry and follow up afterward.
- To manage the data provided by the user, candidate or member at the time of contracting our services, at an organizational, accounting, tax and administrative level, as well as to inform you about services, events and news related to our professional activity that may be of interest to you.
- To manage the USER’s personal or professional data for their participation in the different events and activities that we organize and for which they have authorized us to inform them about other activities or events that we may organize and that may be of interest to them.
- If you have subscribed to our Newsletters, we will send them using the data you provided.
- To create, where applicable, a USER profile in order to offer you our products and services.
How long will we keep your data?
- Data used for managing the relationship with the user, candidate, or member, and for billing and collecting payments for services, will be retained for the entire duration of the contract. Once this relationship has ended, the data may be retained for the period required by applicable law and until any potential liabilities arising from the contract have expired.
- Data relating to published comments about our products will be kept for the duration of the validity and advertising of the products or services to which they refer, unless you express your wish to have them removed at any time.
- Data for participation in events and activities will be kept for the time necessary for the purposes described, unless you have objected to the processing of them or have cancelled them beforehand.
- The data for sending Newsletters will be kept indefinitely until, if applicable, you express your wish to delete them.
- Data for sending commercial communications and creating commercial profiles of our products or services will be kept indefinitely until you express your wish to delete them.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
• The legal basis for processing your data for purposes 1 to 3 is the contractual execution of the provision of the corresponding service.
• The prospective offering of products and services to users, candidates, or members is based on the legitimate business interest of being able to offer our users, candidates, or members the opportunity to contract other products or services and thus achieve their loyalty. This legitimate interest is recognized by applicable legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation), which expressly permits the processing of personal data on this legal basis for direct marketing purposes.

• The basis for sending commercial communications to users who are not candidates or members is the consent of the data subject, which has been requested and may be revoked at any time. The withdrawal of this consent will not affect the execution of the contract in any way, but data processing carried out for this purpose prior to the revocation of consent will not lose its lawfulness.
To whom will your data be communicated?
Data will not be transferred to third parties except to:

How did we obtain your data?
