I am José Martínez Varea (yes, with a V, which is rare in Andalusia, I know).
I’m not a coach, a guru, or some enlightened being with magic formulas. I’m a business strategy and management consultant, and I’ve spent over 20 years solving complex problems for small and micro-enterprises like yours.
My job isn’t to fill your head with jargon, fancy presentations, or empty promises. What I do is sit down with you, understand what’s really going on in your company—no beating around the bush or posturing—and help you make informed decisions based on data and common sense. Nothing more, nothing less.
I’ve worked in industrial design, engineering, marketing and sales, manufacturing, project management, and resource optimization. And yes, I’ve gotten my hands dirty more times than I’ve written reports. That’s why I speak clearly, concisely, and directly. My strength is simplifying the complex so that the difficult becomes, at least, manageable.
I am a lifelong learner with endless curiosity.
I enjoy analyzing complex problems and systems and discovering how they work and which parts can be improved or don’t quite work.

I’m not here to give you theory. I’m here to help you make decisions, bring order to the chaos, and execute. Knowledge without application is just smoke and mirrors.
